If you still need help, check this site http://transporturban.ro/browser.html. It also works on your phone. Or you can simply ask for directions. :)

If you choose to come by car, Google Maps can be your best friend. Here is the destination point for the Romexpo Parking Lot:  http://goo.gl/maps/kqeQA

Romexpo has a parking lot but they charge you 3Ron/hour. It’s up to you where you decide to park, but be careful if you park on Bulevardul Expozitiei as the local authorities will pick up your car in less than 10 minutes.

To avoid all those nasty  taxi drivers, you should order a taxi from Meridian call 021 9444 for Romanian Language or 021 9888 for English, or you can use the iPhone/iPad App or their app for Android. Make sure that they turn on the cab taxing meter when you enter the car.

You can also download this app on your phone http://www.startaxi.ro/.
