REGULAMENT PENTRU ZONĂ ACTORI (POZE ȘI AUTOGRAFE)

Fotografia imprimată va fi disponibilă în aproximativ o oră după ședința foto la standul alăturat.

Pentru orice probleme legate de printarea fotografiei, vă rugăm să contactați unul dintre voluntarii prezenți în zona de poze / autografe.

Dacă dețineți un Bilet VIP, vă rugăm să contactați unul dintre voluntarii prezenți pentru a fi conduși în zona de prioritate.

CITIȚI CU ATENȚIE și urmați instrucțiunile de mai jos, pentru a minimiza și eficientiza timpul de așteptare, și a asigura o experiență cât mai plăcută în timpul ședinței foto:

• Scoateți biletul pentru Photo-OP / Photo-OP+Autograph / Autograph și țineți-l la îndemână – acesta va fi verificat, marcat și codul de bare înlăturat de către unul din voluntarii noștri înainte de a vă garanta accesul (Dacă doriți să păstrați cotorul biletului pe post de suvenir, vă rugăm să menționați clar acest lucru în momentul înmânării biletului).

ATENTIE:

• • Un bilet valid trebuie să conțină numele actorului pentru care doriți poză / autograf. Biletele de acces în incinta evenimentului NU sunt valide pentru fotografii / autografe.

• • Biletele achiziționate online cu opțiunea de imprimare acasă (print-at-home) trebuie scanate și preschimbate la punctul de vânzare a biletelor (vis-a-vis de zona de actori) cu un bilet fizic înainte de a vă plasa în coada de așteptare.

• Pregătiți toate obiectele personale (ochelari, genți, ghizdane, jachete, hanorace, șepci, umbrele, sticle, etc) cu care nu doriți sa apăreți în fotografie înainte de a intra în cabina foto – voluntarii noștri vă vor ajuta să le puneți deoparte; după ce fotografia a fost făcută, le puteți recupera la ieșirea din cabina foto. Recomandăm înlăturarea ochelarilor de vedere, deoarece pot reflecta flash-ul și este posibil să nu fiți mulțumiți de fotografie.
• Folosirea oricărui aparat personal pentru fotografie / video (telefon mobil, cameră foto, cameră video, go-pro, etc) este strict interzisă în coada de așteptare / cabina foto.

!!! INFORMAȚII IMPORTANTE !!!

• 1 bilet Photo-OP / Photo-OP+Autograph / Autograph este valid pentru 1 fotografie/persoană și/sau 1 autograf. Dacă doriți să apăreți în fotografie cu actorul și o altă persoană, 2 bilete – 1 bilet pentru fiecare participant – sunt necesare. În acest caz se vor imprima 2 poze identice, câte 1 pentru fiecare bilet.
• Actorii vor părăsi cabina foto / zona de autografe în momentul în care coada de așteptare este goală.

Vă recomandăm să vă plasați în coada de așteptare la ora anunțată pentru începutul sesiunii de fotografie / autografe, pentru a evita pierderea ocaziei de a utiliza biletul achiziționat. Organizatorul nu este responsabil și nu va returna prețul biletelor nefolosite – folosirea biletului în timpul alocat este responsabilitatea cumpărătorului.

• Va rugam sa fiți conștienți de faptul că în spatele fiecărui actor este o persoană și că spațiul personal este extrem de important. Este vital sa cereți permisiunea înainte de a vă angaja într-o acțiune ce va afecta spațiul personal al actorului (Exemplu: strângeri de mână, îmbrățișări, săruturi pe obraz, etc). De asemenea, nu toți actorii sunt predispuși să se angajeze în ipostaze ieșite din comun / amuzante pentru fotografii – dacă vă doriți o asemenea ipostază în fotografia dumneavoastră, este recomandat să îl întrebați pe asistentul actorului în momentul înmânării biletului.

!!! STRICT INTERZIS !!!:

• Nu vă angajați într-o conversație cu actorul în timpul ședinței foto, deoarece orice întârziere de acest tip va afecta restul participanților din coada de așteptare.
• Din motive de siguranță, atât pentru dumneavoastră, cât și pentru actor, ipostazele în care o persoană este ridicată de o altă persoană (fie actor-fan, fie fan-actor) sunt strict interzise.

! RECOMANDĂRI !:

• Dacă aveți întrebări pentru unul din invitați, vă recomandăm să participați la sesiunea de întrebări și răspunsuri (PANEL).
• Pentru a oferi un cadou unui invitat, vă recomandăm să îl oferiți exclusiv în timpul sesiunii de Autografe.

! Important pentru agenții de presă !

• Fotografiile / autografele fără a deține un bilet valid nu sunt permise. Legitimațiile de presă nu vă garantează acest lucru.
• Interviurile sunt strict interzise fără aprobarea oficială a organizatorului.

REGULATIONS FOR THE ACTORS AREA (PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS)

The printed photograph will be available at the annexed stand in approximately one hour after the Photo-Op.

For any issues related to the printed photograph, please contact one of the volunteers available in the photograph / autograph area.

If you are a VIP Ticket holder, please contact one of the available volunteers, in order to be directed towards the priority area.

READ CAREFULLY and follow the instructions below, in order to ensure an efficient workflow and minimise your waiting time, and help us provide you the best experience during the Photo-Op:

• Have the Photo-OP / Photo-OP+Autograph / Autograph ready and hold it in your hand – it will be checked, marked and the bar code will be removed by one of our volunteers before granting you access in the photo booth (If you wish to keep the ticket stub as a souvenir, please mention this clearly when you are handing the ticket).

ATTENTION:

1. A valid ticket must have printed on it the name of the actor that you wish to take the photograph with / autograph from. Event access tickets are NOT valid for photographs / autographs.
2. The tickets that were purchased online with the print-at-home feature must be scanned and changed at the ticket selling booth (across the actors area) with a physical ticket before placing yourself in the waiting line.

• Prepare all your personal items (glasses, bags, backpacks, jackets, hoodies, caps, umbrellas, bottles, etc) which you do not wish to appear with into the photograph with before you enter the photo booth – our volunteers will help you put them aside; after the photograph is taken, you can recover all your personal items whilst exiting the photo booth. We recommend you to remove any glasses, as they could reflect the flash and you could be unsatisfied with your photograph.
• The use of any personal device for video / photography (mobile phone, photo camera, video camera, go-pro, etc) is strictly forbidden whilst in the waiting line / photo booth.

!!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!!

• 1 Photo-OP / Photo-OP+Autograph / Autograph ticket is valid for 1 photograph/person and/or 1 autograph. If you wish to appear in the photograph with the actor and another person, 2 tickets – 1 ticket for each participant – are necessary. For these cases, 2 identical photographs will be printed, 1 for each ticket.
• The actors will leave the photo booth / autograph area when the waiting line is empty.

We recommend you to place yourself in the waiting line at the announced starting time for the Photo-Op / Autograph session, in order to avoid losing the use of your acquired ticket. The organizer is not responsible and will not return the value of the unused tickets – using the ticket in the allotted time is the buyer’s responsibility.

• Please be aware that behind every actor there is a person and that personal space is extremely important. It is vital to ask for permission before taking any action that will impact the actor’s personal space (Examples: handshakes, hugs, cheek kisses, etc). Furthermore, not all actors are up for posing in unusual / funny circumstances for the photographs – if you wish for such a pose for your photograph, we recommend you to ask the actor’s assistant when you hand out your ticket.

!!! STRICTLY FORBIDDEN !!!:

• Do not start a conversation with the actor during the Photo-Op, as any delay of this nature will impact the rest of the participants in the waiting line.
• For safety reasons, both for yourself and the actor, poses that involve a person picking up another person (either fan-actor, either actor-fan) are strictly forbidden.

! RECOMMENDATIONS !:

• If you have any questions for one of our guests, we recommend you to ask them during the questions and answers session (PANEL).
• In order to offer a gift to a guest, we recommend you to offer it exclusively during the Autograph session.

! Important for the press agents !

• Photographs / autographs without holding a valid ticket are not permitted. Press passes are not guaranteeing this.
• Interviews are strictly forbidden without the official approval of the organizer.
