Access and Tickets:
The next Bucharest edition will take place from 19th to 21st of April 2024 at Romania's largest fairs venue, Romexpo!
The open hours for the event are as follows:
Friday, April 19th: 15:00 - 20:00
Saturday, April 20th: 10:00 - 19:00
Sunday, April 21st: 10:00 - 19:00
Yes, you can enter the event at any time during the event hours.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to attend the event.
Unfortunately, there are no student discounts available for the event. Kids under 6 years old are allowed to enter the event for free, but they must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. One adult with a ticket may bring in one child under 6 years old for free. If you plan to bring in two children under 6 years old, two adults with valid tickets will be required.
No, tickets are non-refundable. However, you can gift your ticket to a friend to use instead. Re-selling the ticket will result in cancellation of your ticket without a refund. Please be aware of this!
No, you will need to have your ticket If you purchased your ticket online, you are in luck! Ask to talk to Entertix Clearing Team, and offer proof of purchase and they will print your ticket.
Yes, you can leave the event and come back later, but you will need to have your wristband on your hand checked again.
No! You need to have a wristband to enter the event. Ripping the wristband means forfeiting your access to the event.
While the event has area easily accessible for wheelchairs, some area located at the main stage, due to the limitation of the venues are not accessible, and do not allow us to construct a dedicated platform.
No, there is no specific dress code for the event, but you might want to consider dressing in a costume! Please make sure to dress appropriately and comfortably for the event.
The location has a functional parking, but keep in mind it is quite pricey, so we highly recommend you to use alternative transportation methods.
Allowed / Not Allowed at Comic Con:
Yes, photography and videography are allowed at the event. Please ask for permission from the people you want to take pictures of before taking any pictures.
There are no official restrictions on the use of flash photography, but please be mindful of other attendees and the comfort of the guests.
Tripods are not allowed at the event, but selfie sticks are allowed as long as they do not disrupt the experience of other attendees.
Comic Con is a political-free, safe space, as long as your flag/banner has no defamatory, racist, or harmful message or signs on it you can bring it. Large-size flags or banners that could potentially hurt someone are not allowed. Please be mindful of other attendees.
Although bags and backpacks are allowed at the event, they will be checked by security! Please keep them to a reasonable size for the comfort and safety of other attendees.
Pets are not allowed inside the event, except for service animals.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the event. However, there will be food and drinks available for purchase at the event.
Yes, you can bring your own water bottle (made of soft plastic) to the event if it’s up to 750ml or 2x500ml!!!
No, you can't bring glass bottles or any thermoses, metal, or heavy bottles into the event. Unless they are needed to feed an infant or necessary for medical reasons that can be proven.
Any other drinks bought outside of the event are completely banned!
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks for medical reasons. Please inform the security personnel upon entry.
Weapons, sharp objects, illegal substances, and other dangerous items are not allowed at the event. The event organizers reserve the right to prohibit any items that they deem inappropriate or dangerous.
As long as the lightsaber is not completely made of metal or sharp, it should be permitted to bring to the event.
Smoking is not allowed inside the event. There will be designated smoking areas outside the venue.
No, unfortunately outside gaming consoles are not allowed at the event.
Absolutely not! Outside merchandise sales are not allowed at the event unless you have a contract with the company organizing EECC allowing you to do that.

There are no official restrictions, but please wear appropriate and comfortable footwear for the event.
As long as it is a decent size, by which we mean a pocket size, yes, you can bring your own fan.
Masks are not required at the event, but if you wish to do so you can.
No, outside chairs are not allowed at the event.
No, outside music or sound equipment is not allowed at the event.
No, outside motorcycles or scooters are not allowed at the event. Trotinete/2Wheel light scooters are not allowed indoors regardless of whether it is electrical or not, folded or not.
Absolutely not! Drones are NOT allowed at the event.
Yes, you can bring your own board games or TCG to play at the event, as long as you don’t take over a designated area or booth, please be mindful of other attendees and the event's rules.

Gaming:
There are no official age restrictions for attending the gaming area. However some games might be restricted for under 18 visitors.
Cosplay:
Registration for the cosplay contest will open in April. Please check the website for further details.
Props that do not pose a danger to other attendees are allowed at the event. However, the event organizers reserve the right to prohibit any props that they deem inappropriate or dangerous.
Yes, you can cosplay as a character from any source. However, please make sure your costume is appropriate and follows the event's rules. Nudity is not allowed and ilegal in Romania.
Yes, the cosplay contest is open to all cosplayers, regardless of experience level. More over this year we will make an official catwalk on stage that you can join even if you did not craft your own costume.
Yes, you can bring your own makeup and hairstyling equipment for your cosplay. However nothing that require electricity is allowed!
Inflatable costumes are allowed at the event, but please be mindful of other attendees and the space available.
Actors / Autographs / Photo Ops / Panels:
While there is no limit, you will need a ticket for each autograph and please be mindful of the time and number of people in line behind you.
Yes, you can bring your own poster or artwork to get signed, but the guest is reserving his right to refuse signing it if it deems to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
There are no official age restrictions for the photo op sessions. Kids under 10 might be accompanied by their parents, but for a family picture you will need to buy a ticket for each family member.
Yes they do. Only kids under 3 years old are allowed to take the picture free of charge with their parent(s).
While you can make pose requests, please keep in mind that the guest has the right to refuse any pose they are not comfortable with. Be respectful and considerate of the guest's preferences.
