The excitement is building for East European Comic Con 2023, and we have some fantastic news for all cosplayers! We’re inviting you to register for the Cosplay Parade, happening on Saturday, May 20th, right after the Cosplay Group Contest, which starts at 12:00 PM.
Cosplay, is a mixed word made of “costume” and “play,” and is a fun and creative way to express your love for your favorite characters from movies, TV series, comics, anime, or video games. By dressing up and embodying these characters, cosplayers not only showcase their passion but also bring joy to fellow fans at events like Comic Con.
The EECC Cosplay Parade is designed as a non-competitive expression of this art form. Whether you’ve made your costume, bought it, or borrowed it, everyone is welcome to join the parade and have their moment of glory on stage. This event is all about celebrating the talent, passion, and enthusiasm that goes into cosplay, without the pressure of competition.
As the Cosplay Group Contest comes to an end, the stage will be set for the parade. Each participant will have the opportunity to showcase their costume on stage, accompanied by a music mix selected by Comic Con. It’s a fantastic way for cosplayers to share their incredible creations with the audience and enjoy the camaraderie of the cosplay community.
