General Requirements:

  • General Access Ticket Required: A General Access Ticket for the event on April 26 and/or 27 is mandatory to access the event before purchasing an Actor’s ticket.
  • If you chose a time slot for the photo/autograph sessions, when you bought the ticket, and it’s mentioned on the ticket, you must be there at the start of the mentioned time. Late arrivals will forfeit their ticket with no refund.
  • Arrive on Time: Be sure to arrive 2-5 minutes before the scheduled start time for any session. Late arrivals will forfeit their ticket.
  • Queue Policy: Actor sessions will only proceed while there is a queue. If there are no more people in the queue, the session will end.
  • No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable before the event or if you miss your scheduled session.
  • Schedule Changes: The event reserves the right to adjust the actor’s schedule if necessary. Updates will be posted on the website, social media, and possibly emailed to affected ticket holders.
  • Actor Cancellation: If the actor cancels due to illness, force majeure, or professional commitments, a full refund will be issued only for the actor’s tickets.

Actor Rights:

  • Refusal of Inappropriate Requests: Actors may refuse to sign any controversial materials or participate in inappropriate photos.
  • Physical Interactions: No inappropriate physical interactions (e.g., unwanted hugs, kisses, or other personal requests). While actors may engage in physical interactions like handshakes or hugs, they have the right to refuse any request that makes them uncomfortable or crosses personal boundaries. Please respect the actor’s comfort and personal space. Any request deemed inappropriate by the actor or staff may result in removal from the area.
  • Agreement to Follow Rules: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all the terms outlined in these rules.

How It Works:

  • Ticket Validity: A Photo-Op ticket provides a professional photo with the actor at a scheduled time.
  • Ticket Validation: You must show your ticket at the Actor’s Area. After your ticket is scanned and validated, you’ll receive a physical paper that you’ll hand over before taking the photo.
  • Photo Printing: You will receive the printed photo approximately 1 hour after the session at the adjacent stand. The digital photo will be posted on the EECC Facebook page within 48-72 hours of the time it was made.
  • No Personal Cameras: Personal cameras or phones are not allowed for photos or videos during the Photo-Op.

Rules:

  • Prepare Ahead: Remove any personal items (glasses, bags, jackets, etc.) before entering the photo booth.
  • Ticket Scanning: You must scan your ticket at the entrance. You’ll receive a physical paper to hand over right before you make the picture with the Actor.
  • Group Photos: If you’re taking a photo with another person, both need separate tickets. Two photos will be printed. Children’s Exception: Children under 7 years old can be in the photo with one of their parents/guardians without needing an additional ticket.
  • Questions for the Actor: The Panel/Q&A is the best time to ask any questions.

Recommendations:

  • Arrive Early: Arrive early to avoid missing your session.
  • Remove Glasses: Glasses may reflect flash and potentially ruin your photo.
  • Assistance: Volunteers will assist you in the Photo-Op area if you have any questions.

How It Works:

  • Autograph Ticket: The Autograph ticket allows you to get an autograph from the actor.
  • Autograph & Selfie Ticket: This ticket grants you both an autograph and a selfie with the actor.
  • Ticket Validation Process: You must show your ticket at the Actor’s Area. After your ticket is scanned and validated, you will receive a physical paper. You can choose one of the printed photos with the actor available, line up at the queue, and, when it’s your turn, hand over the paper and photo/item to be signed.

Rules:

  • No Photography or Video in the Actors’ Area: Photography or video is not allowed during the autograph session unless you hold a Selfie & Autograph ticket. This only permits you to take the selfie you paid for.
  • One Autograph per Ticket: If you wish multiple items to be signed, you must provide one ticket for each item.
  • Queue Policy: You cannot bring a friend to wait in line with you unless it’s a child or the person is there for accessibility purposes (e.g., individuals with disabilities).
  • Actor’s Discretion: The actor may refuse to sign any inappropriate or controversial items.
  • Physical Interaction: The actor may decide whether to shake hands or not during the session. Please do not solicit inappropriate physical interactions, including kisses. Sometimes, the actor may agree to hug a person, but please refrain from soliciting it.

Recommendations:

  • Prepare Items: Have the items you want signed ready.
  • Volunteer Assistance: Ask volunteers for assistance with any specific requests.
  • Respect: Be respectful and courteous with the actors and staff.

How It Works:

  • Panel Format: Panels are Q&A sessions with the actors, moderated by the host.
  • Panel Duration: Each panel lasts 40-55 minutes and begins with a short introduction of the guest by the host, followed by ice-breaker questions.
  • Audience Interaction: After the host finishes, the audience is invited to line up at the microphone to ask questions.

Rules:

  • Respectful Questions: Ask respectful questions—avoid inflammatory, political, or religious topics.
  • One Question per Person: This ensures everyone gets a chance to ask questions within the allotted time.
  • No Photos or Videos: No photos or videos unless specifically permitted by the host or announced in the schedule or on the website.
  • No Conversations: Please refrain from having conversations with the actor during the panel. Interruptions disrupt the flow for everyone.
  • No Physical Interactions: Physical interactions like handshakes, hugs, or lifting the actor (or vice versa) are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Recommendations:

  • Ask Meaningful Questions: Ask meaningful and thoughtful questions that the audience will appreciate.
  • Gift Giving: If you wish to give the actor a gift, do so during the autograph session, not during the panel.
